DE-COP (Decision-based Confidence Optimization) membership inference attack is a testing method to investigate whether a large language models (LLM) was trained or not on specific content.  The attacker queries model and finds its results/outcome by checking and observing the model's confidence (prediction probabilities).  Is this method a game-changer for copyright issues?
